First Sight...
August 24th - I am someone who's not particularly having interest on guys, but I have to admit that sometimes, that mentioned 'interest' comes to me naturally at times. Well, the reason is usually one of the two : appearance or charm, so.. it's not always about good looks, but also charms that somebody possed :)
Love at First Sight - I thought it's impossible when I was young, I just couldn't imagine how ridiculous this should be back then.. But as time goes, I somehow believe on it.
It's like, when you see someone who's not attractive at all suddenly sparkling, at the first meet, perhaps this is what people called 'Love at First Sight' ? I am wondering. But I got confused since it wasn't at the first sight nor first time exchanging eye contact, but you saw him walking around for quite a while and only stunned at the moment he jumped and put the ball inside the basket ring while playing with his friends. Honestly, it's really been a while, but when I closed my eyes, I still can see it clearly ;p I may not realize it at that time, but now I think back.. you don't find someone sexy just because his bottom of tee flipped up a bit when he jumps rite ~ while in fact, you see topless guys wandering around your hostel everyday lol
Well, back to the point, that was just random illustration. Recently, I am not very sure if my prayer has been delivered well or the pheromone spreads more than usual. It's just a shopping mall which I went for countless times and nothing ever happened, 'nothing' here means.. no strangers sudden approach, no attractive guys, in simply description : nothing special ~ It's a place that almost as comfy as your relatives house which you visit a lot, you know exactly the layout plan, position of stores, yeah.. you just know it too well.
But then, this place we just talked about, turned into unfamiliar place which is no longer the same as before. I have never thought this could happen in my life, not even once.. that some random guy, in a bookstore, will come and talk to me o.O
Today, a week later, I am hanging out with one of my besties, it's just another ordinary 'girls day out' and we gonna spend the time looking around, talking and sharing stories.. You know, when girls are together, we can talk about almost everything, and it looks like there's an event held at the outdoor area of this shopping mall. We are a lil bit curious so we go out to the balcony at Upper Ground Floor to see what's outside. So there's a crowd in front of us and we can't really see anything down there because we're kind of distant from the railing, so.. Forget it ~ And we walk through the mall entrance again.
At the intersection, I saw two guys standing while leaning on the railing inside the mall, what caught my attention is.. they are both wearing same tone shirt ! Erm, okay, soft denim color is surely popular nowadays, it's almost like a must have item, but still.. I find it unusual to wear it this way, maybe more than two people will look better, but just two.. Well, that's not my business anyway. I just whisper to let my friend aware of that and we act as if we didn't see them and turn left at the intersection.
I can't help but have my head turned and my eyes scanning around while we are walking in front of New Look store *o* Window Shopping is not a crime rite. But then, I accidentally saw those previous two guys from the edge of my eye, but I am not so sure. So I talk to my friend in Mandarin, saying I feel suspicious of them, maybe they're following us blah blah blah.. but still try to act natural. Later, my friend looked, and reply me in Mandarin, so it's smaller chance people could understand us. I can feel their footsteps getting faster and closer beside us, and my friend says, it should be okay, they're just passing by. Sigh ~ I feel so much relieved, til then the guys made a sudden and quick turn back and stop right in front of us :|
Yeah, I start feeling insecure, I am having this thought on my mind right now, "What is it about for this time, after the bookstore incident last week ? Can't I just peacefully enjoy my girls day out ?" Sure, I can't. So all I need to do is to see what these guys have in store to have such a nerve on approaching us *smirk*
In conclusion, they basically just come out with a question : Which way do you think better in chasing after a girl, whether it is to start from friend or just go in a direct way ? Hmm..
Denim Guy number 1 starts the prologue, saying they were in the middle of debating about that matter and need to ask for opinions. I know this is an obvious lie, anyone can tell right away, but we don't really have choices other than pretending like we believe on that shit.
I am just thinking, I should just give any answers quickly and get over this soon. My friend is first to answer, saying she prefers the one that start from friendship. Honestly, in my humble opinion, I always think that a friend is supposed to be just a friend, and lover is a lover, these two can't be mixed up, so it's impossible for me to find love between my circle of friends. But in this situation, I don't think that giving my real opinion could help, instead it'll just complicate things and prolong the conversation. So I'll go with the same answer as my friend.
Seriously, Denim Guy number 2 is kind of scary, I mean in term of look, he's big, with dark skin, and curly hair. That face is like having 'Don't mess up with me' written on there. He doesn't talk much and the way he talks is actually more friendly than his appearance. After that, Denim Guy number 1 doesn't seem satisfied with our answers, he then follows up with another question : If we guys start from a friend, doesn't it usually end up being friendzoned ? Good question I should say ! Then I just coolly reply, "That's the risk, it's depend on whether you want to take it or not, cos it's not something both of us can control."
Deep down inside, I am very satisfied with my own answer, I don't even know where this idea came from, but I like it :) So, I smile a bit.

We walk slowly, heading to the escalator to go down to Ground Floor. Suddenly, I can feel the motion of people surpassing me, in quite a rush, and I notice that's a guy wearing lime green pants, cyan sport shoes, and Nike bag. I, without much concern, shout out to my friend "Lime pants !"
Okay, since I am currently having much interest over the color, I have a quick screening of this guy from head to toe, but I can't really see his face because he's in front and some parts of his hair is blocking the face. Geez..
I assume that he's not good looking, cos mostly people who cover their face with hair, as long as I live, none of them are handsome lol ~ But, he suddenly turned his face toward us while we both taking the escalator down. Perhaps that's because he heard what I said previously.

Like in the dramas, there are scenes where the actor/actress stay silent for a while, as if their world has stop turning, the moment they see their loved ones come out in a very pretty, sexy, charismatic, cool, or clean image. :O -making this expression-
On that very moment, you may let your guard down and easily let your heart stolen away. Man, this is crucial.
I thought the dramas are exaggerating, but.. it doesn't seem so, it really happens, in real life.
I told my friend that guy is handsome, she's not very sure about it but barely agrees with my statement. And since we have nothing to do, we decided to keep our steps toward his direction lol
Once we reached GF, he continues with his walking in fast pace mode, and we are tailing with more relax steps. And of course, there's a huge gap between us, but it's fine as long as he's still under our radar so we just enjoy the rest of the peace walk time we have.
Okay, road in life is never smooth rite.. I suddenly feel uneasy when I saw the Denim Guys in a group, sitting right in front, where the Lime guy just passed. Ottoke ~ I was in a dilemma whether to continue following or hiding away from those Denim guys. Finally, I chose the last one, and made a quick turn into a clothing store Bershka along with my friend. Sigh, I lost the Lime guy then.
My friend didn't really see them, but just followed my instruction. And we are busy discussing whether to go out and continue our chase, or choose the back door for escape. We both walk and almost go out because she keeps saying that she didn't see any Denim guys and maybe I was just mistaken. But wait, how come.. the Lime guy who's supposed to be far far away, in a blink of an eye, already in the same store we're in ??
Seriously, this is still a mystery, I am so shocked over this fact.
Just how in the world this could happen ?
Then I point out the direction where the Denim guys are and my friend finally witnessed with her own eyes, problem solved.. But here's another dilemma inside me, should I just leave this store or not ? It's truly amazing that I thought I already lost the Lime guy and now he's there ~
Okay, it takes no time for me to consider, and of course.. I walk straight back into the store again lol

Then he is back to the men section, and I suggest to my friend to look around the men section too. Frankly speaking, I strangely have some overflowing love toward men fashion ♥ it just poor that I can't wear them, but I really really like to look at it, and I wish I can buy it, but.. for who ? Maybe this could be one reason why I should get myself a boyfriend, someone who can wear these clothes nicely :3
I look at those men clothes with much love, til I realize that I shouldn't be doing this right now because perhaps that guy would misunderstood I am picking a shirt for my boyfriend, Nooooooo..
In a flash, I told my friend to get back to women section and just fooling around. It's not that I am having no interest in shopping, but right now is not the right time. So I walk around, trying on bags, looking at belts and shoes, also tops without any intention of buying, while finding chance to take a peek toward him. If I didn't mistake, I guess he's also looking back. (?)
I think I have reached my limit, I can't pretend any longer because I really have nothing to do in here anymore. That Lime guy doesn't seem to make any moves, so I and my friend decided to bravely walking out the store and pass by those Denim guys at once. But of course, not in a frontal way, from the opposite of the mall corridor will be better.
I walk very quick to the opposite store of Bershka and turn left, with my head facing right in front, and that moment I can see from the edge of my eye those guys are getting up from their seat and walk toward the opposite direction of me. Damn !
I act as if I didn't see them and quickly get into another store, but where's my friend ? That girl, she must be walking slowly and get caught. Some time later, she finally reached me. As expected, she admits that when she's out from the store and left behind by me, she was surprised and when she passed them, she looked back and the guys did the same LOL ~
Later on, we get out from the store and sure that group have already gone. When I am passing by Bershka, I still hoping that I would see the guy again, yeah.. he's gone too.
We finally get back to original girls day out plan and it's kind of late already, after walked for a while, my friend said she needs to get some drinks so we are heading to one of the popular bubble tea stand. Suddenly, on the way.. when we're at the mall entrance, I saw the Lime guy come out o.O
I am hesitating whether I should try to ask him something and start a conversation, or just leave it like that, because I don't really have the guts to do so. Yeah, so that's the end of me and him, for tonight.
